His professional foundation was built in the banking sector, where he progressed through operational and leadership roles over a five-year tenure, culminating as Assistant Branch Manager — an experience that sharpened his commercial acumen and institutional discipline. He subsequently transitioned into a senior leadership role within Dubai International Airport, one of the world’s busiest and most strategically significant aviation hubs, where he continues to serve as part of the UAE’s national operational infrastructure. An entrepreneurial mindset has run parallel to his career, with active involvement in private business ventures alongside his public responsibilities. Hussain has lived and worked across the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the broader GCC, equipping him with a genuinely international perspective on markets, governance, and cross-cultural leadership.
