Ms. Suchisubhra is the founding force behind PAD Consultancy, a woman whose life journey embodies the firm’s three core pillars — Purpose, Action, and Development — with rare authenticity and conviction. A First Class distinction holder in Junior Basic Training from Banipur, Ms. Suchisubhra’s academic foundation instilled in her a disciplined, people-first approach to leadership and institutional thinking that has defined every chapter of her professional life. She devoted nearly four decades to public service under the West Bengal Government, contributing at the primary education level from May 1972 through January 2012 — a tenure spanning almost forty years that speaks to extraordinary commitment, institutional integrity, and an unwavering belief in building human potential from the ground up.
